Bring a few friends (or come make some new ones!) and take advantage of First Aid Comics Hyde Park's Board Game Library. There are dozens of games to choose from, and we'll have some horror games set up and ready to play!

RSVPs Required; Space is limited!
Dread uses a Jenga tower instead of dice to simulate the rising tension and sudden climax of horror stories. Participants will design characters and play to find out what happens in this game of life and sudden death!

In this talk, Ken Hite will present his background as a horror game designer and Game Master and will give tips and tricks for improving your own horror games. Bring a notebook!
Ken Hite is an award-winning game designer and media critic well known for Vampire The Masquerade Fifth Edition, Trail of Cthulhu, Night’s Black Agents, Fall of Delta Green, and other horror roleplaying games. A recognized commentator on the works of H. P. Lovecraft, the Cthulhu Mythos, and alternative history gaming, he co-hosts Ken and Robin Talk About Stuff, a podcast about games, history, and, well… stuff!

In this adventure, you arrive at a long-forgotten science station on a search and rescue mission. What you find is a dark, silent cluster of domes beneath a wall of magenta ice and a deadly discovery left behind by scientists…. one that still waits in the black hallways of Station X3!
